Submission Policy

TIIM policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication. If you are an author or co-author on more then one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication. If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, only one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication.

Cancellation Policy

Subject to bank transfer fees and foreign exchange rate:

  • 25% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until April 13, 2012.
  • 50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until May 1, 2012.
  • Cancellations received after May 1, 2012, will be charged the full rate.

All refunds will be made when the Conference ends.

No refund for a Conference fee will be made after April 13, to all participants whose article will be published in the TIIM 2012 Conference Proceedings.

TIIM Name Badge Policy Statement

TIIM Name Badge is provided to help your fellow participants as well as for identifying you as a registered delegate of TIIM to conference hotel/restaurant personnel and staff. Each registration package contains an official TIIM Name Badge. Please wear your TIIM Name Badge in all TIIM functions/events. All TIIM business meeting, regular and keynote sessions/Panels, coffee breaks, luncheons, and dinners are limited to registered delegates only, and TIIM Name Badges will be required to enter.
